Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves on your phone or computer. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are optional, and we only use those if you say yes.

When you first visit, we ask which optional cookies you're happy with. Nothing optional is set until you choose, and saying no doesn't stop you using any part of the site.

Change your cookie settings

Essential cookies

These keep the site working and secure, and are set without asking. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site, such as forms and bookings, may then stop working.

Analytics cookies

Only set if you allow analytics cookies. They tell us which pages are visited and how people find us, so we can improve the site.

Marketing cookies

Only set if you allow marketing cookies. They let Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn see that you visited, so we can show you our events and offers on their platforms and measure how well our adverts work. They also load the TripAdvisor review badge.

Videos

Videos from YouTube use its privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set cookies unless you play the video. Background videos from Vimeo are set not to track you.

Changing your mind

You can change your choices at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we remove the analytics and marketing cookies we can reach. Cookies saved by other companies on their own websites, such as Facebook or LinkedIn, can only be removed in your browser settings.

We ask again every 6 months, or sooner if we start using a new kind of cookie.
